Jeremy’s earliest tennis memory involves a trip to a Walmart in Northwest Arkansas and the purchase of a kid’s-sized Wilson racquet. Shortly thereafter Jeremy and his father ventured to the local tennis courts for an evening-long hitting session. Jeremy cried when the sun went down and it was time to leave. And so began his lifelong love of tennis.

Around the age of 8, Jeremy started playing competitively and before long found himself traveling to tournaments across the U.S. A few of his accolades include a Missouri High School State Singles Title, a U-18’s National Open Championship, and a 5-Star recruiting profile which resulted in a scholarship to the University of Minnesota. In college his team, the Golden Gophers, won a Big Ten Championship but honestly Jeremy takes more pride in his Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award.

With over a decade’s experience coaching, Jeremy’s joy in teaching tennis ages like a fine wine. He thrives instructing players of all levels and ages and his favorite teachings revolve around the mental aspect of the game. He simply can’t get over how the same lessons that can improve one’s tennis can be just as effective when applied in everyday life.
